I am happy to be part of a culture of continuous learning, where each day is an opportunity to expand my skills and expertise. Meet Emily Ward, Senior Manager of Digital Marketing based in Canada, who shared her experience: “Recently with Xvantage, I’ve had the opportunity to work on the Marketing Engine as well as lead the Customer Experience journey at Ingram Micro as well, which has been phenomenal. I have learned so much and just feel like every day I’m just having fun at what I am doing. I’ve had some great leaders that have put me forward for some great training opportunities, great conferences, and events where I can keep building on my knowledge even just learning from other associates where they’ve made the connections for me to say, hey this person can probably really teach you new things. That’s been my experience, this constant learning which is something I’m truly passionate about.”Curious to learn more about the learning journey within Ingram Micro? Happy to see this project come to life!I won't say this has taken all of my time the past 9 months, but it has become a big part of my daily work, and it will be strange to not meet weekly anymore with the fantastic global project team: Sivanesan Paranam, Sara M. Rabie, Camille Campos, Sonia Leite, Leyinska Soto, SPHR, and Nina Buik, CPC, ELI-MP. I've learned so much from you all. Most importantly, I now know where the biggest roundabout in the world is... Anybody a guess?Great to now have the website up and running allowing candidates to get to know Ingram Micro even better and offering them a unique candidate experience. A lot of time and effort has gone in to make sure the associates from across the globe are representing the culture at Ingram Micro in their own authentic way through photoshoots, interviews, testimonials, and much more.It has been a fun journey together with the team over at HappyDance, with special thanks to Sio Tsvetanov, Patsy Gillispie, Mary Jamieson, Ruben Valentin, Paul Mason, Marlen Blanco-Candelero. We're looking forward to evolve the platform further to continue to attract the right talent. Thanks Katie Gold and Marc Stuut for your leadership and the trust you've put in the project team. This made our work so much easier!Go to https://lnkd.in/e6xrtf58 and see for yourself!#LetsShapeTomorrow #IngramMicro #CareersWebsite
