The North American Millers' Association applauds the House Agriculture Committee for including life-saving reforms to U.S. international food aid programs in the recently released Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024. These reforms would immediately feed more people without spending any new taxpayer dollars.#Milling #FoodAid #FarmBill

This week, the entire wheat value chain worked together to share how America’s wheat industry, from grower to manufacturer, is producing wholesome, sustainable staple foods to improve food security for a growing world. Our booth told the story of wheat production, from field to flour and wheat foods' final destinations around the world. This is the second year that wheat organizations partnered with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) to bring the celebration of modern agriculture to the National Mall.We shared how wheat production supports jobs in rural communities and in mills, bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants across the country. Thanks again to the National Association of Wheat Growers (NAWG), American Bakers Association, and U.S. Wheat Associates for your collaboration - this was truly a team effort!#GraintoGoodness #Milling #Wheat #AgOnTheMall #AgOnTheMall24
