While our favorite way to enjoy bakery items is when they’re freshly-baked and warm, keeping your bread cold in the refrigerator or freezer is a great way to increase its longevity. If you’re not a fan of cold bread, you can re-warm bread for sandwiches and heat bagels for breakfast by placing them in the oven at a low heat for a few minutes or toasting them in the toaster.
We recommend adding a topping like cream cheese or mashed avocado to the top of re-heated bread since the reheating process may dry the bread out slightly.

Freezing fresh produce is a great way to preserve produce safely for a moderate amount of time, giving you more opportunities to use it.
