Mollie enjoyed her life fully in spite of her cancer. She looked forward to being with her classmates at St. Al's School. She sang confidently in the St. Mary's church choir on Sundays.

She participated in Kaukauna Community Player's The King and and in the Kaukauna Recreational Department's dance program. She enjoyed arts and crafts, butterflies, and most of all, her sisters. In spite of missing many days of school, Mollie managed to keep up. She was lucky in her short life to have had a best friend, Emily Lenz. She was the proud godmother of her cousin Shelby.

She was quick in her opinions, and had a keen fashion sense. Mollie's sisters, Heidi and Anna, loved her beyond their years. They protected her, but not too much. Mollie had a good life. Our most heartfelt and sincere thanks to all the people that traveled this road with 1 us, through many different ways.

Buelow 218 E. Randall Ct. Appleton Age 93, died Sunday, April 22, 2001, at Appleton Medical Center. She was born in Appleton on January 12, 1908, to the late William and Annie (Pennings) Delrow. Florence was a lifelong resident of Appleton, working for many years at Zwicker Knitting Mills, retiring in 1972.

In 1937, she married Jack H. Buelow in Appleton and the couple enjoyed many years together until his death in 1967. One of her favorite things to do was play cards with her friends. She was a member of St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church, Appleton.

Survivors include a daughter, Marcia (Marvin) Schulke, Neenah; eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great survived grandchildren. Further by many nieces, nephews and special friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter, Germaine; two sisters, May and four brothers, Peter, William, Ted and Conrad. He was involved in the construction field as a superintendent, and was employed at Wilson Construction, Charles A. Green and Sons, Wieseler Construction, and Ted Coppens Construction. He also owned his own business; Kenneth Close Construction, before retiring in 1980. Kenneth was a member of the Operating Engineers Union, Local and a lifetime member of the American Legion. He loyally served his country in the Marine Corps, serving during World War II in the South Pacific area.

Kenneth loved gardening, and would also can vegetables and meat. He took two vacations every year; spring walleye fishing and fall deer hunting. Kenneth will be greatly missed by his wife, Mary; his daughter, Yvonne Marie (Montgomery) Miller, Appleton; five sons, Kenneth Close Jr. and his fiance, Donna Basler, Chilton; Philo (Amy) Close, St. George, Utah; Charles (Janice) Close, Appleton; John Close, Ishpeming, Michigan; Henry Close and special friend, Barb Barrington, Appleton; two sisters, Genevieve Orris, Bainsbridge Island, Washington; Betty (Earl) Mundt, Oregon; 13 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, June Close.

He was preceded in death by his sons, David and Joseph; four brothers, Henry, Raymond, Martin and Harold; and a brother-in-law, Paul Orris.
