Wow, what a week— I’m so proud of our SparkThink@JAM conference this year! Having the privilege to co-chair the planning committee with my dear friend and colleague Megan Brammer has been so fun - we’ve been prepping for months leading up to the past few days of the conference. Plus, being able to take on a task like this with one of your work besties is such a nice plus!It was not without its challenges along the way, and it definitively is WORK to put on a conference and make sure it’s not only educational, impactful, and engaging, but also ensuring it’s fun and worthwhile for all of our attendees- but wow am I proud of what it turned out to be! Big shout out to Mary Ellen (Collins) Quinn for helping us navigate everything we needed to know and do to make this happen at JAM 2024!Thanks Steve Kerge and Michael McGetrick for your support and trust along the way!See y’all in Nashville next year! 🤠
