Wow. Last Friday at the National LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards, I was absolutely stunned (and incredibly honored!) to be named co-recipient of the Network Leader of the Year award alongside the amazing Luke Nixon. The individual recognition is incredibly touching, but it wouldn't be possible without the most passionate and dedicated group of people you could ask for: the Proud@TheStar LGBTQI+ employee network group. So, to my entire network – thank you so much! It's been an absolute joy co-leading you all.The Star Entertainment Group itself was also recognized as a Gold Employer and joint Employer of the Year. This recognition truly reflects the work, time, and love we all put into creating a truly inclusive business environment. I feel incredibly blessed and lucky to work for a company that values Diversity and Inclusion, and its people, so highly.A special thank you goes to George Hughes, who also won the Executive of the Year award. Having such a visible role model and someone so generous with their time and knowledge has been a true honor. Working with you, George, has been a privilege, and I will always cherish the opportunity.There are so many people I'd love to thank, but especially:* The sensational Jules Pooley, Amanda Dobson , Ian Brown, my co leads Luman Ibrahim and Jayden Murray – and all the members of our Proud network.* Nina Winton you are an absolute superstar, and who knows, maybe I'll be reporting to you one day! (heart emoji)* Justine Russell, you've always encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and reach my full potential. I wouldn't be here without your unwavering support.* My past leads, Kha-han Dao, Khoi and also Melissa Tsang you've all had an impact on my role in Proud. * And lastly, Jess Mayers our PID Relationship Manager.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
